Does NetBSD support Synchronous SCSI via the esp SCSI device?

Currently esp.c forces the synchronous offset to 0, which effectively
disables synchronous transfers.  I've done quite a bit of work on the
driver (essentially rewriting the entire protocol logic), but I'm
waiting for my manual to arrive before I can finish it.
