I'm getting frustrated with building cnews... what seems like
a simple problem has stumped me.

	I keep running into an undefined symbol '_nemalloc' ... now
there was some cruft in alloc.h that would do something special for
debugging (it looks like) at UoT, but I have completely *removed* that
#define and related cruft from the include file now... and I'm still
getting the undefined symbol.

	Where do I go from here?
