bootp != bootparamd, bootptab != bootparams. As later messages
indicate you've discovered, you need a daemon that speaks bootparam,
not one that speaks bootp.
Perhaps diskless(8) should emphasize that when it says bootparams, it
does _not_ mean bootp. This is far from the first time I've seen this
confusion on the lists.
