I'm running my A port at 38400, and I get fifo overruns constantly
while dialed into my ISP. It happens frequently enough that I cannot
reliably do a sup -a in any form.
...anyone else see this?
it's been reported a few times,... i did myself in october or
november last year. i have _NO_ idea what causes it. i now
run my ppp link at 19200 because of this (even though i have
fixed our zs driver to allow 76800 :-( ).
i think it happened _after_ november 3. i looked at all the
changes from the kernel from november 3 to november 18 (i think
it was 18), which is after i first notied it, and i didn't see
anything that would cause it.
(for reference, i was using an ELC until a few days ago. it is
now an IPX -- haven't noticed a problem but i haven't tried any
higher than 19200 still).
