The question is not ``When will NetBSD/sparc support multiple
processors''.  It's ``When will NetBSD support multiple processors''.  The
answer is ``NetBSD-2.0''.  Granted, you probably wanted a date metric
instead of a release number, but no one has one.  Development is
supposedly underway.  If you're really interested, I suggest you join the
tech-smp mailing list.
