hello..  I want to use the timeout(9) function to arrange a timeout in 5ms
from now, how do I calculate the number of ticks to wait?  It seems that
ticks occur at hz times per second and so I guess the number of ticks to
be hz/200.. but can I be that accurate?  I've been browsing the source and
can't see for sure..   I don't have the latest source, and don't have the
hz(9) manpage, nor can I see it on the ftp site (cool login graphic btw)
