I have not been able to get libkern.o to build because of the
"warnings as errors" setting.  /usr/src/sys/lib/libkern/strchr.c won't
build because STRCHR is redefined (it is previously defined in the
makefile).

I'm just going to build strchr.o separately without -Werror.  But I
would appreciate words of wisdom.

Have my src files gotten out of kilter (I do a nightly sup of the
sparc src)?  Or is this a known difficulty?
