port-sparc: bill-the-cat

Hi everyone,

In the tar_files I downloaded today, sys.tar.gz contains the following
file:
srcmastr/netbsd  18124 Jan 21 11:06 1999 src/sys/arch/sparc/conf/BILL-THE-CAT
Bill can also be found in the current src-directory of netbsd.org

Apparently BILL-THE-CAT is someone's sparc4m machine. And someone's pet.
But I'm rather allergic to cats, so please remove him from the netbsd-
source-collection? :-)
