Try removing /usr/include/{machine,sparc}, and restoring them from the 1.4
installation sets. I think the problem may be that you still have the old
sym-link of sparc to machine, which should be machine to sparc (so you
have the old 1.3 "machine" header files that don't have vaddr_t defined).
