I notice that there exists a wsconsconfig on the SPARC, but I am at
a loss as to *why*, given its lack of device support (listed devices
for wsdisplay are not present in SPARC's MAKEDEV).

I will also note that the path referenced is /usr/include/wscons/...
and not /usr/include/dev/wscons/...
