Looks like you have an OPUS clone sparc.  I have a pair of opus sparc 1's
here.. amusingly the nvram battery is dead on both of those too.

look on the back for a part number.. for example one of mine is a 5250.  Email
that to the list.. so we can update our compatibility list, if you don't mind.
