Is your linux box running bootparams, or are you not even getting that
far?

Might be a TCP/IP filtering issue.  You might want to do a tcpdump and see
what's going back and forth.

I know I was able to netboot a Linux install (sun Ultra 1)  from a NetBSD
box (i386); never tried the other way around.
