Open it up, pull the disk, put it on another machine...at the very
least then edit /etc/passwd (or /etc/shadow or /etc/master.passwd or
whatever); you might even be able to do the whole install onto the disk
on the other machine - I've done that on a few occasions.
Of course, this depends on having a suitable "other machine".
