with much great work by eduardo, i've managed to boot my ultra5 to single
user mode using root on nfs, and also mount and view the solaris file
systems on the local ide disk.  this is mostly due to some DMA fixes that
eeh made a couple of weeks ago, plus the interrupt code rework a day or so
ago.  there are still some problems (of course) and i am going to attempt
a install to the local disk soon.


in a few days, i will provide a test kernel and instructions!  stay tuned
