fwiw... we had exactly this problem when we moved to out brand spanking new 
Extreme gigbit network. all the dual homed suns had to have one or more MAC 
addy changed as there seemed to be some sort of leakage between the vlans. 
disapointingly, extreme didnt seem very interested.
