	I get FIFO overruns on zs devices on SS2 and Classic systems under
	load.  Could this be caused by unhandled interrupts too?  I have
	minor clock drift too, but nothing unexpected.

SILO overflows are due to the zshard not being serviced in
time.  FIFO overflows can be caused by many things including
but not limited to interrupt lossage.
