The snapshot I uploaded last weekend turned out to be incomplete (basically
missing all kernel parts) - so I replaced it with a new one, that now
(at least to my untrained eye) looks ok:

 ftp.netbsd.org://pub/NetBSD/arch/sparc/snapshot/20020125-1.5ZA
