port-sparc: ipf won't work with 1.5.3

 I'm using NetBSD 1.5 on SS20. I replaced kernel to 1.5.3_ALPHA 
updated by cvs at 2002 Feb 12. ipf won't work with this kernel.

# cat /etc/ipf.conf 
#
block in on le0 proto tcp/udp from any to any port = sunrpc
#

# ipf -f /etc/ipf.conf 
2:ioctl(add/insert rule): No such process

# ipfstat -io
empty list for ipfilter(out)
empty list for ipfilter(in)

 Should I make /sbin/ipf of 1.5.3_ALPHA ? Userland is still 1.5.
