It looks like ISC's above.net connection may be down and that their
route advertisments are not flipping over.
I tried from four rather differently connected ISPs but they all end up
in above.net and then dying on the exact same gateway.... I can't seem
to find a local provider that'll be routed via verio.net at the moment.
(BTW, I wouldn't trust traceroute per se, but on the other hand direct
TCP connections to port 80 from all four ISPs also fail in this case....)
