there are several that can be configured to do so. I have not 
tested all functions, but the Supermicro 370DLE and the Tyan 
ThunderMPX should have this ability. I do not know though if 
it is a plug and play solution like on sparcs, PA Risc or some 
powermacs, where ttya is automatically used if no 
keyboard/framebuffer is present.

I tried to get information from Supermicro and Tyan and the 
BIOS manufacturer, te get information which boards suport this 
(or at least make them mention this ability in their spec 
pages on the web!), but got no answer.
