cd /usr/src && ./build.sh -m sparc -T /usr/tools -t
This will build a cross-toolchain in /usr/tools.
Then:
cd /usr/src/sys/arch/sparc/conf && /usr/tools/bin/nbconfig GENERIC &&
cd ../compile/GENERIC && /usr/tools/bin/nbmake depend &&
/usr/tools/bin/nbmake
This will cross-compile the kernel.
You may look at "build.sh -h" for more options (it has a lot).
