Howdy:

I've been following the dialogue on this thread.

FYI:  I downloaded sparc_bootable.iso and installed on and IPX and IPC.  In 
both cases the kernel was
not automatically loaded and I had to boot into the shell and manually copy 
it.  After that, the installation was
fine.
