According to /usr/src/sys/arch/sparc/conf/majors.sparc:
device-major com char 36 com
and in /dev/MAKEDEV there is:
ttyC*)
unit=${i#ttyC}
rm -f ttyC$unit dtyC$unit
mknod ttyC$unit c 36 $(($unit + $dialin ))
mknod dtyC$unit c 36 $(($unit + $dialout))
chown uucp ttyC$unit dtyC$unit
;;
So it should be ttyC0 and dtyC0.
