Unless you have ecplictly compiled anything with specific
sun4m flags to speed things up (eg: via devel/cpuflags),
then it should just work. In fact, after setting up the
ss2 disk you should be able to move it to the cdrom connector
of the ss5 and have things just work.
If you do that then your original ss5 disk is the bootable
backup until you are completely happy with the new disk,
then you can just copy the data across (at which point the
ss2 disk if your backup :)
