What versions/distros hosting? What NBSD version booting? I've been
trying against win32 and linux based for years and it barfs when the
kernel goes to mount root. I've tried it against identical setups on
half a dozen linux distros with the same results, well, I didn't verify
what nfsd and version, but the config files were as specified in the
netboot howto. Didn't get it to work until I set up NetBSD on a spare
x86 machine and used that to host the NFS... I would host it off my
running sparc, but it's got a smallish hard drive with about 5mb left on
it. I've repeated testing with the newer kernels and obtained the same
results. Of course, I could just have a collection of the worst software
compatability issues on the planet too.. ;)
