I've just found and fixed a stupid and nasty SA-related bug in sparc
MD code.  Many thanks to Christian Limpach - without his help with SA
internals it wouldn't be possible.

The fix is in sys/arch/sparc/sparc/trap.c revision 1.140.

You need to update libpthread as well as it's got some imporant fixes
too.

With -current libpthread and that kernel fix, ogg123 (my test
libpthread app) actually works on sparc now.
