Any recommendations on what version of NetBSD and what port I should 
use?  My understanding is that sparc64 2.0 is the latest and greatest for 
an Ultra 5.

The machine will be used as a terminal server for several other machines in 
a rack using a Digi AccelePort 8r-PCI card.  It will also be monitoring a 
SmartUPS from APC using apcupsd and Apache.
