There's another difference: my CPUs have a 1M L2 cache.
The IOMMU also isn't the same:
mine: iommu0 at mainbus0 ioaddr 0xe0000000: version 0x3/0x0, page-size 4096, range 64MB
yours: iommu0 at mainbus0 ioaddr 0xe0000000: version 0x3/0x1, page-size 4096, range 64MB
The SS10 SBUS clock is 20Mhz, not 25
The memory controller isn't the same:
mine: eccmemctl0 at mainbus0 ioaddr 0x0: version 0x0/0x1
yours: eccmemctl0 at mainbus0 ioaddr 0x0: version 0x0/0x2
Also you have an extra esp and an extra le (possibly both on the
same sbus card).
