The service manual is a good place to start - take a look at
http://docs.sun.com/app/docs/doc/801-6396-11. 

You should be able to find the RAM on eBay, but I'm not sure how frequently
it appears there. You may also want to try asking on the Rescue list -
http://www.sunhelp.org/mailman/listinfo/rescue. The subscribers have lots
of older hardware and I'm sure someone there will have some SS5 RAM for
sale.
