Yes, but not on NetBSD-sparc. I use my NetBSD-sparc box as firewall
which works fine.

Threads are known to be problematic for NetBSD-sparc and NetBSD-sparc64.
Could you please use a Apache without threading enabled? That will
provide better performance on a SMP NetBSD system anyway because our
threading library doesn't work properly with more than one CPU anyway.
