In my case, the NFS server is much slower than the client, and I suspect
it's the condition to reproduce it. I use UDP, but from what I remember
TCP didn't do better. It's not a buffer size issue one size because
tcpdump shows no NFS traffic when the mount stalls, but the usual
NFS periodic pings
