Thanks for finding and repairing bugs.
I've made the boot diskettes for 4.0, 5.0.2 and 5.1_RC3
obtained from mirror.planetunix.net. Sorry to say, all
boot attempts end with "Data Access Exception". Example.

Perhaps your machine has 16 MB SIMMs or a later PROM or
some other feature different from this SS2.
The user manual for the Yamaha CRW4260tx drive has no
mention of a jumper for 512 byte blocks. When there
is time I'll look inside the case.
