| I don't recall.  Check the ntpd cvs logs.

Hang on...  no, I didn't fix ntpd.  I fixed dhcpd.  I considered
fixing ntpd but that code is just too evil.  Both the daemon and
kernel bits need fixing and I haven't gotten annoyed enough at it
yet to fix it.
