Already I´m using the snapshot of the kernel (from 26.04.2003)

My dmesg:

The command:

ifconfig hme0 media 100baseTX mediaopt auto
is not supported (message: ifconfig: unknown Ethernet media option:
auto)

and the command:
ifconfig hme0 media 100baseTX mediaopt full-duplex

does not show any effect.
