Look for one of these used or surplus:

siop0 at pci2 dev 1 function 0: Symbios Logic 53c875 (ultra-wide scsi)
siop0: using on-board RAM
siop0: interrupting at ivec 10
scsibus0 at siop0: 16 targets, 8 luns per target

I got mine for $40 somewhere. Solaris can boot from it as well. This
particular controller is in a U5 running NetBSD 1.6.1.
