Actually, you do; you just don't realize it. :-)  My version is at
ftp.rodents.montreal.qc.ca:/mouse/hacks/sunlabel.c (and .doc for a doc
file); the NetBSD one (which is mostly a reformatting of mine with a
few other code changes, which I consider manglings and the NetBSD
people presumably consider improvements) in any NetBSD source
distribution since 1.6 - see sbin/sunlabel/ - and quite possibly other
places as well which I know nothing about.
