port-sparc64: Caps in openboot

Hi, I want to edit nvramrc file in openboot, part of the text I need to
input contains capital letters, however Caps Lock key does not do
anything, until I boot the OS. Does anyone know why Caps key is
disabled in open boot?

PS. This is on Ultra 10.
