I think that it actually is a problem specific to various ports.

I'm running it on two NetBSD-i386 mail servers which handle over ten thousand
SMTP connections per day. "milter-greylist" is running since the last
reboot respectively the last upgrade of the package.

NetBSD-amiga is just another port where the SA based threads don't
work very well.
