hme goes down with SENTFRAME,RXTERR

                Hello,

I run occasionally into this error:
hme0: status=200100<SENTFRAME,RXTERR>
It happens with moderate traffic: playing music over NFS was apparently
enough to trigger it.

Running "ifconfig hme0 down up" usually makes it work again almost
instantly.

I am currently running GENERIC.MP from current:
NetBSD 4.99.60 (GENERIC.MP) #1: Mon Apr 21 15:19:58 CEST 2008

This was already happening before MP support was brought in, but I
hadn't seen it in a while though.
