That's no longer accurate as you also need COMPAT_SVR4 which has been 
removed.

Things that rely on libkvm or certain ioctl()s that don't have 32-bit 
compatibility code may not work.  Last time I did this there were some 
obscure sysadmin tasks that required 64-bit binaries.
