I think this is more a function of this IOX device never being built
to my knowledge. also, as long as youcould only have one or the other

You might want to bug deraadt@sun-lamp.cs.berkeley.edu about vme.
the diff is that vme is a real bus. obio really just a representation
of memory mapped devices.
