yes, i see the bug fix and new transmit buffer scheme just went into the 
i386 port source tree yesterday.   sorry, my files are somewhat out of date
right now (jan 7th).   anyway, i have ftp'd the new i386 "ie" driver
and have just finished putting all the other bug fixes and improvements 
into the sparc "ie" driver.   i tested the updated driver on my
4/200 and it works (it also works on a 4/100).   i hope to get it
in the sparc tree soon.   if anyone needs a copy now, feel free to
send me some mail and i'll send it to you!
