Did you get the sbin.tar.gz from "ftp.netbsd.org:/pub/NetBSD/arch/sun3"?

If not then try again, but if you did you could try the amiga
distribution instead, since all NetBSD/68k 8k page machines are binary
compatible.  Only the hp300 has 4k page size.
