Depends. If "Mb" is megabytes, there is something SERIOUSLY wrong with
the program - that's a factor of 1.6 better than the underlying medium
bandwidth (which is 10 megabits/sec), and hence is, shall we say,
implausible. If "Mb" is megabits, I'd want to know what's up - check
for collisions, check the program (it may be enforcing a half-duplex
assumption), etc....
