If you get the rpc-0.9.tar.Z release from tsx-11.mit.edu, the rpcgen
there should work (for both bootpararamd and matt blaze's
Cryptographic File System [sorry US-only], both of which have trouble
with the newer name-mangling rpcgen found in some linux releases.)
