Thanks got it up and running with the net string.  Feel alittle dumb should
have though of that but I guess when you stare at the thing for a hour
booting between SunOS and NetBSD trying to figure out the problem you
really don't think of it. =)  besides like most of you I thought since it
called mount_cd9660 it would default to read-only.. ack, so much for
assumptions.
