All SCSI I/II supported by NetBSD. To actually boot from SCSI the boot
PROMs can be more fussy - what's your PROM version. ALthough, I am not
sure what you need anyway.
It will be diskless. 3/60s are. (Or rather, all disks are external). It
can be netbooted, it will have ethernet.
