SCSI adapters.  And I believe they ship.

The adapter part number is ADZ-C50F-D50M for $19.95.  It's manufactured /
imported by Pan Pacific, Costa Mesa, CA.

They had like 7 more on display, probably more in stock.

They've also got a few more 3foot DB50M to (micro) SCSI 2 cables in the
junk bins, discontinued item PAT-FW924B-3 for $19.95.  I have no idea if 
they'll ship those.  Call them and ask.
