As far as I know, the 'c' and 'd' partitions should refer to your whole
disk. Uable partitions would be 'a' (for "/"), 'b' (for swap), 'e' to
'h' to the rest (generally, /usr goes on 'e').
Of course, these mount points are only some reasonable choices for an
1-disk system.
