Yes, you want 9-chip (1x9) 30-pin SIMMs at 100ns or faster.

A great place to locate used (read: cheap) hardware is Ebay's Auction
Web: http://www.ebay.com/aw. They have sections for all imaginable types
of hardware which various resellers and individuals have put up for
auction. I recently purchased 1MB SIMMs and a hard drive from there for
my Sun 3/80. Occasionally you will see Sun-specfic hardware on there and
since few people seem to know what it is, it goes _very_ cheap. I saw
32MB VME RAM boards going for $10 a month ago or so...

I'll leave this for someone more experienced. My NetBSD sun3x install
was done in a very strange manner because I had never done it before
--and I didn't have another running sun3(x) to help out so I was using
Linux on my PC. I'm sure there are _many_ better ways to do it that what
I did.

Thanks, but my roommate will throw me out if I bring home any more old
hardware! :)
